THE 100 YEAR OLD PROPHECY

ANDREW's NOTE: There are 2 things that people won't like about
the prophecy below. For one thing, it is declaring that there is
genuine hope for a real Revival in this generation. I hear from
Christians in our circles all the time that there is no such hope.
Many have completely given way to Cynicism. But they call their
cynicism by another name. They call it "discernment". They long
ago stopped hoping or believing that God might really move. They
say it is only the "false prophets" that give encouraging words
about "Revival coming". And so this must be a 'false' word too,
they say. But cynicism and unbelief are not "discernment". They
are simply cynicism and unbelief. We need to repent.

The second reason that people will not like this prophecy is that
it mentions the "latter rain". This is not the same as the "Latter
rain" heresy. All the old pentecostals that I have read about used
the term "latter rain" all the time - to talk about a real Last-Days
outpouring of the Holy Spirit. It was only much later that the term
got associated with the "Latter Rain" heresy out of Canada.

But I find lately that the Cynicism is so great, the Unbelief so
strong, the so-called "Discernment" is so nit-picking (and by the
way, "Google-searching" is not 'Discernment' either) - that everyone
nit-picks every "positive" word to death. Just like the Pharisees.

You simply are not allowed to be "hopeful" any more.

Could the below prophecy be true? I surely hope so. I have to
believe that God has not given up yet. And neither has this generation
seen a truly holy and radiant "Bride" clothed in the glory of Christ.
I am not one who is wanting to "whimper" my way into eternity
without at least seeing that. - Nit-picking, anyone? - Andrew Strom.

The 100-YEAR-OLD PROPHECY
-Michael Edds.

The great Azusa Street Awakening, which over the years resulted
in 600 million being swept into the Kingdom of God and gave birth
to the Pentecostal Movement, began in 1906. It was one of the
greatest outpourings of the Spirit of God since Pentecost. Multitudes
were saved, healed, and filled with the Holy Spirit. Incredible
miracles occurred.

This great revival moved from Los Angeles to its new focal point of
Chicago, Illinois. The two great centers of revival in Chicago were
the North Avenue Mission and the Stone Church. Pentecost swept
from Chicago to Canada, Europe, South America and Africa. One
of the greatest outpourings occurred at Stone Church in 1913.
The renown evangelist Maria Woodworth Etter began a revival
on July 2, 1913 at Stone Church.

The services were to last until the end of July but continued for six
months. This was a time of divine appointment for the city of
Chicago; God rent the heavens and came down!! Scenes from the
days of the Early Church began to occur at Stone Church. Word
began to spread throughout Chicago of miraculous healings,
deliverance from demonic possession, conversions, and of the
outpouring of the Holy Spirit happening in these meetings.
Advertisement was no longer necessary! The city was incredibly
shaken. Word spread of the miraculous intervention of God.
Thousands came on trolleys, buggies, and trains, while many
walked. Some came from distances of 1,600 miles away. 1200
to 1500 packed into Stone Church each night. The basement was
filled and many stood out on the street. Street meetings were held
to accommodate them. Three services were held on Sundays!

As Christians prayed around the altar one evening, Sister
Woodworth-Etter and others gave the following powerful prophecy
and divine promise, which they prophesied would occur within 100
years of the 1913 Chicago Visitation. She prophesied of this
coming End Time Revival....

"We are not yet up to the fullness of the Former Rain and that when
the Latter Rain comes, it will far exceed anything we have seen!"

William Seymour, the leader of the Azusa Street Awakening, also
prophesied that in 100 years there would be an outpouring of God's
Spirit and His Shekinah Glory that would be greater and more far
reaching than what was experienced at Azusa.

It has been almost 100 years since these prophecies were given...
I believe that we have reached the time of the fulfillment of these
100 year old prophecies. We must be diligent to pray, intercede
and protect what the Lord is doing. We must encourage and edify
one another as never before. We must crucify every critical,
judgmental and religious spirit that may be within us. We must
put on the holiness and righteousness of Christ. Our time of divine
destiny has come. We are about to experience what Brother
Seymour and Sister Woodworth-Etter foresaw. God is about to
rend the heavens and come down!...

GOD TOLD ME SOMETHING I Was NOT EXPECTING to HEAR!

GOD TOLD ME SOMETHING I Was NOT EXPECTING to HEAR!
-David Wilkerson - Oct 20, 2010.

One night during a prayer meeting, God told me something about
our church I was not expecting to hear.

The Lord whispered to me, “This church needs shock treatment!
Too many have grown satisfied and complacent. You feel safe and
secure from all the winds and waves of false doctrines sweeping
over the land—but you are not prepared for what is coming!”

Beloved, the message of having the Spirit’s witness functioning in
you is not a request—it is a matter of life and death! If you don’t
have the witness of the Holy Ghost in these last days, you’re not
going to make it! You’ll give in to the coming spirit of the Antichrist!

You need the Holy Spirit witness every day—on your job, at work,
at school. You need to rightly judge politicians and leaders so
you’ll not suddenly be sucked into the antichrist system.

This is what Jesus was trying to tell us about the foolish virgins
who ran out of oil for their lamps. They had a supply of the Holy
Ghost—but they didn’t have his witness at the final moment.

Don’t end up a foolish virgin! If you are running out of oil—trusting
your church or your pastor to keep your soul—then repent! Humble
yourself and search your heart! Cry out to God to rid your soul of
all anger and bitterness. Confess your sins and forsake them.
And depend on God once again for everything!

Get the peace of God in your heart, so you can have a Holy Ghost
witness. And ask the Father for a greater enduement of the Spirit.
Invite him to be your witness and guide in everything!

We face a cost of going all the way with Jesus, but we also will
receive a reward: It is simply the blessing of having Christ stand
with us. There are many other rewards as well (see Matthew 19:29),
but I mention this one because it is all we will ever need.

When Paul was imprisoned in Jerusalem, the whole religious
system wanted to kill him. They accused him of polluting the holy
place and preaching false doctrines. His life was in danger; even
the soldiers were “fearing lest Paul should have been pulled in
pieces” (Acts 23:10). So they took him by force and locked him
away in a castle. The next night the Lord himself spoke to Paul,
and what a word he brought: “Cheer up! There’s even more trouble
to come!”

The cost of following Christ was clear in the lives of these men of
God—and if we are going to be like our Master, then we must
embrace this cost as well. Enduring it becomes a joy because
Jesus promises to stand with us in every situation. And we can
face anything or anyone when we know the Lord stands with us.

So count the cost and know that your reward, in all things, is the
precious presence of Jesus Christ.

"THE BRIDE Will LEAVE CHRISTENDOM"

"THE BRIDE Will LEAVE CHRISTENDOM"
-Vision by Wayne Thomas.

The following vision is probably one of the most well-known that has
ever come out of my home nation of New Zealand. It is a key vision
that has been acknowledged and read around the world. This vision
was given to Wayne Thomas late in 1993. He told me that it was
probably the most powerful he had ever seen.

VISION of THE BRIDE LEAVING CHRISTENDOM
-Wayne Thomas.

Basically, it was a traditional wedding scene. The radiantly beautiful
Bride had just stepped out of the Cathedral and was standing on the
top step, just outside. Wayne was told that the Bride was LEAVING
'CHRISTENDOM' (AND ALL THAT GOES WITH IT) FOREVER, leaving
the 'church' system behind. The Groom (who was Jesus) took her arm,
so that He could lead her down and proudly display His beautiful Bride
to all the world.

Still inside the Cathedral were all the relatives (-the various
'streams' and denominations of the church as we know it?)
Suddenly, while the Bride was still on the top step, an invisible
hand gave her a beautiful lily (which had been plucked out by the
roots). This was her bridal 'bouquet' (an "end-time" enduement?)
and for some reason it seemed to be given to her rather late. She
threw this bouquet backwards, and some of her relatives in the church,
who had been watching her with great jealousy and awe, made a grab
for the bouquet. Two of them seemed to snatch it up, but there was
a lot of squabbling and pushing amongst them - fighting to be somehow
near the Bride or to grab the bouquet. The Groom then led His Bride
down the steps and through the huge crowd of cheering people below,
who had been unable to get into the Cathedral.

In a later vision, Wayne was shown that after they had made their
way through this huge throng, the happy couple were then taken away
on their honeymoon, which was to last for a thousand years.

Wayne later made the following comments about this vision:
"The Lord emphasized these things to me:- That the Bride is so
in love with the Groom - and the fact that she is pure and holy, and
the problems of life are far behind her in this time frame. The crowds
outside see this intimate love between the two, and that no burden in
life stops her from expressing this love. She leaves the guests behind
to squabble over the bouquet, and her desire to share this love with
the crowd outside is very evident.

"The fighting wedding guests are those within the church who in their
hearts are ambitious for titles to impress the body and are caught
up seeking the gifts (bouquet anointings) and not the giver. They are
involved in grand schemes and politics within the church - and they
love 'comfort'. They are those who get close to the Truth but do not
want to live the truth.

"The Bride - leaving the guests behind - is made up of Christians
seeking truth in Jesus alone, no matter the cost, leaving compromise
behind and seeking Jesus first before the praises of men."

ANDREW AGAIN: There are some quite shocking implications
to this vision, but it lines up with so much that God has spoken
along similar lines in recent years - ie. GREAT REFORMATION -
not just Revival. What are we to make of this - that the BRIDE Will
LEAVE the "CHURCH SYSTEM" FOREVER??

Does it line up with Scripture? Does it make sense? Is it possible?

The Book of Acts Revival, the Wesley and Whitefield Revivals, the
Cane Ridge Revival, the Early Salvation Army Revivals, and of course
Jesus' own ministry in the first place - these were all massive
"outdoor" moves of God. Could it be that they are pointing the way
to what we are about to witness in our own generation?

"CHRISTIAN PIMPS" - a HARD WORD

"CHRISTIAN PIMPS" - a HARD WORD
-by Coach Dave Daubenmire.

QUOTE- “Christianity started in Palestine as a fellowship; it moved
to Greece and became a philosophy; it moved to Italy and became
an institution; it moved to Europe and became a culture; it came
to America and became an enterprise.” -Sam Pascoe.

“An enterprise. That’s a business.” .... “A business? But isn’t it
supposed to be a body?” I could not envision where this line of
questioning was going, and the only response I could think of was,
“Yes.” She continued, “But when a body becomes a business, isn’t
that a prostitute?” - As told by David Ryser.

I’ve been fighting for a long time the prompting of my inner man to
take on this subject. Although I have chewed around the edges like
I used to do as a child when I would break off the crust from a hot,
home-made apple pie in attempt to appease my hunger without my
mother finding out, I never really stuck my thumb into the middle of
the pie.

I have been a sellout. A pimp, if you will. Not on purpose. It is easy
to justify our lack of courage when confronted with difficult issues. I
try to faithfully deliver the mail as the Lord hands it to me, but I have
been negligent by eating the crust out of fear of spoiling the pie.

You see, I have pulled my punches. I have softened the blow. I have
spanked with a newspaper when they deserved a belt. I have sold out
on the Truth. I have not called a spade a spade. I have nibbled at the
crust when I should have been hammering the pie. I have taken the
be-nice approach and have listened to the “touch not God’s anointed”
mentality. I have prostituted the Truth. For that I am sorry.

Oh, my intentions were good. I had hoped that as I exposed the
“unfruitful works of darkness” that the churches would eventually
awaken and begin to push back against the enemy. After ten years
of trying to awaken “The Church” to the problem I have finally
mustered the courage to say what I have known all along. “The
Church” IS the problem. It has become a pimp, selling the works
of “the body” for personal satisfaction. Most of the pulpits are filled
by “hirelings” (more on that in a future commentary), men and women
who stand in the pulpit without a calling, without an anointing, and
without courage. They are man pleasers, living off of “the Body” as
they sell it out for their own whims and pleasures. Greedy Dogs,
Isaiah called them. Blind watchmen…loving to sleep…leading the
flock astray.

Not all of the churches. If you are a pastor and have read this far then
I am probably not talking about you. I have met many courageous
men who boldly live out the command to “lead them out.” You know
who you are. You are the ones who have been criticized, belittled,
and called names by the “pimp in the pulpit” at the big church
downtown.

You see, to him, the church is a business…an enterprise…a social
club totally dependant on butts and bucks. It is a place to make
business contacts, network with others in the community, and
soothe one’s conscience through weekly attendance and philanthropy.
It is no different from a whore house where a woman’s body is sold
for the pleasure of another. Love-less intercourse is prostitution.
Most church goers love the service that Jesus provides (membership
has its privileges) but don’t really know the Jesus who provides it.

I’ll be honest. I’ve been afraid to say some of these things for fear of
alienating even more pastors. I was afraid that my harshness might
alienate those “frozen chosen” pastors and eliminate opportunities
to “minister” to their congregations. That’s where I have pimped-out
my call. The pastors are not the answer, they are the problem.

Instead of cleaning out Congress perhaps we should start by
cleaning out the pulpit. Judgment begins first in the house of God.
America is a reflection of the churches and the churches are a
reflection of the pulpits. It is time to “throw the bums out”…even if
they do hide behind the “touch not my anointed.” When a football
team is under-performing who gets the boot? Yep, the coach.

Allow me to be frank as I cut to the chase. Pick up your family
and get out of the mausoleum you are attending and find a place
that serves the Lord. I couldn’t care less how many generations
your family has been a member, how many pews your family has
donated, and how many of your friends attend. Sitting on your
butt every Sunday is not serving the Lord, it is the Lord serving
you. The feel-good Gospel is a fraud. Jesus taught self-sacrifice
not self-fulfillment. “Greater love has no man than thisthan he
would lay down his life for his friends….” Love demands sacrifice.
What have you sacrificed for your faith? You are engaging in
Spiritual welfare…living off of the efforts of others.

Start fighting back by no longer giving them your money. Don’t
allow them to hit you over the head with the “bring all of the tithes
into the storehouse” hammer without asking yourself some very
important questions. What is a storehouse and what is its purpose?
What does the Scripture mean by “meat in my house” and who is
the meat for? Are there families in your “church” who are losing
their homes? Is that not who the “meat in the house” was stored
up for or were the storehouse funds used for a new parking lot?

Is the purpose of the tithe (by the way, my wife and I believe in
tithing) to pay senior pastors, associate pastors, youth ministers,
worship leaders, and secretaries to do “ministry?” Can’t you “tithe”
different places? Did the New Testament church teach the concept
of “professional” Christians or were the elders of the church also
tent-makers? Does “meat in my house” mean bigger buildings,
paved parking lots, and padded pews? Is your “church” experiencing
a budget crunch right now because they have eaten the meat that
should have been placed in the storehouse? I know, “let them eat
blacktop.”

Is storehouse money supposed to be spent on the already converted
or on seeking and saving that which is lost? What percent of your
church’s budget go to “missions”…as if that is a separate job…in
comparison to utilities, paper, salaries, and operating expenses?

Don’t stop giving, just change where you give. Find a ministry that
is using the money to reach out to the community and send your
tithe there. Remember, it is the “Lord’s house” into which your
finances are to be offered….not some social club to which your
tithe is nothing more than monthly dues. It is time you asked
yourself if the Spirit still dwells in your church.

My wife and I have spent the last few weeks reading the book of
Acts in our morning devotionals. You should do the same. They
spread the Gospel around the world at great personal peril and
sacrifice. The self-serving American-Church is a pathetic step-child
to Christianity’s founding fathers.

Most churches love money, chase money, compromise over money.
A pastor in New York was just fired from his $600,000 salary! The
national average for pastors is $84,426! No wonder they won’t
speak against sin! Why not include those wealthy homosexuals
in the congregation!

People have asked me to start a church. I tell them that they are
nuts. Truth empties churches, it doesn’t fill them. My friend Flip
Benham says guys like me would be the Dr. Kervorkian of church
growth. What man of God would want to wipe noses when he could
fight evil? No thanks. At least on the streets I can recognize the
enemy.

“And as they departed, Jesus began to say unto the multitudes
concerning John, What went ye out into the wilderness to see? A
reed shaken with the wind? But what went ye out for to see? A man
clothed in soft raiment? Behold, they that wear soft clothing are in
kings' houses.” Yep, the pimps are the ones wearing the nice
clothes. Funny isn’t it? The pimps in the pulpits accuse street
preachers of being undignified.

What did Jesus say about the ultimate street preacher John the
Baptist? “Verily I say unto you, among them that are born of
women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist.”

Take the time to read what Jesus had to say to the religious pimps
of His day!

We’re heading next week to do ministry work on the streets of Las
Vegas...That’s right, we are Christian street-walkers...

You probably won’t find me speaking in any churches anytime
soon….
